The Trader's Full Circle is a 12-week live, cohort-based program built to mirror the real conditions of a renewable energy trading desk. It is practical, technical, and built entirely around learning by doing. Led by an active Head of Renewable Energy Trading, you work through real market simulations across Day-Ahead, Intraday (IDAS, XBID), and Balancing markets, alongside a Human Edge track covering performance psychology and professional readiness. No theory for theory's sake. Every session is designed to put you in the seat and make you perform. The goal is simple: to make you the candidate companies trust from day one.

The program is built for ambitious professionals who know they belong at a trading desk but have not yet found a structured path to get there. Career transitioners, recent graduates in engineering or energy-related fields, junior energy professionals seeking front-desk exposure, and high performers from competitive backgrounds ready to bring that edge to trading. While our current cohorts are concentrated across Europe, Singapore, and Dubai, the program is fully online and open to the right candidates globally.

Yes, entirely. The program is delivered live on Zoom, which means it is open to professionals anywhere in the world. Our current cohorts draw from Europe, Singapore, and Dubai, and we welcome applicants from any location where a serious energy trading market exists. Every session is live and interactive. Nothing is pre-recorded.
How long is the program and how many sessions are there? +
12 weeks, 19 live sessions across two tracks. Track A covers technical energy trading including market structure, intraday trading, and real market simulations. Track B, the Human Edge, develops the psychological and mental capabilities that determine how you perform when the pressure is real: emotional regulation under volatility, decision-making with incomplete information, mental resilience when positions move against you, and the composure that separates traders who belong at the desk from those who only studied for it.
What energy markets does the program cover? +
European power markets including Day-Ahead (DAM), Intraday (IDAS and XBID), and Balancing markets, with a focus on renewable energy trading. Participants work through real market simulations and live case studies.
When does Cohort 2 start? +
Cohort 2 opens in September 2026. Applications are now open and cohort sizes are deliberately kept small. Apply early as places are limited.

Your Master Energy Trader is an active Head of Renewable Energy Trading, currently operating in the power markets, not a trainer who once traded. This means you are not learning from a textbook or a simulation of a simulation. You are learning from someone making real decisions in the same markets you are preparing to enter.

Every participant who joins The Trader's Full Circle becomes part of the TTFC Core Community, a private, permanent professional network of people who have gone through the same program. Members discuss real market moves and trading decisions, lean on each other through the program and beyond, learn from peers across different markets and countries, and support one another into their trading careers.
