Data you give us
- Application data — when you complete our application form, including your name, email address, location, professional background, and the responses you provide.
- Assessment and scorecard data — responses you submit through our readiness scorecard or related forms.

Data collected automatically
- Usage and analytics data — if you consent to analytics cookies, we collect information about how you use our site (pages visited, time on site, approximate region, device and browser type). See our Cookie Policy.
3. Why we use your data & our legal basis
Under the GDPR we must have a lawful basis for processing your personal data. We rely on the following:
- To assess your application and run the admissions process — on the basis of taking steps at your request prior to entering a contract.
- To deliver the program and manage your enrolment — on the basis of performing our contract with you.
- To communicate with you about your application, booking, or enquiry — on the basis of our legitimate interests and/or pre-contractual steps.
- To send you marketing emails (such as program updates) — only where you have given consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- To understand and improve our website through analytics — only on the basis of your consent, given through our cookie banner.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations — on the basis of compliance with our legal obligations.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted service providers ("processors") who help us operate, and only as necessary. These currently include:
These include providers for website hosting, form collection, email communication, scheduling, analytics (with your consent), live session delivery, program portal and community access, and payment processing. A full list of current providers is available on request by contacting hello@anavreca.com.
Some of these providers are located outside the European Economic Area. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.
5. International participants
Our participants join from around the world. Wherever you are located, we apply the data protection standard described in this policy. Because we are established in Greece, we process personal data in line with the GDPR. If you are located in a region with its own data protection laws, you may also have additional rights under your local law.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out above. Application data for unsuccessful or withdrawn applicants is kept for a limited period and then deleted. Enrolment, invoicing, and accounting records are kept for as long as required by Greek law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@anavreca.com.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Greece this is the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (HDPA / ΕΠΠΦΑ).
8. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. While no online service can guarantee absolute security, we work only with reputable providers and limit access to your data to those who need it.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
