2. The program
The Trader's Full Circle™ is a live, cohort-based online education program in renewable energy trading, delivered via Zoom. The core program (The Complete Trader) runs two tracks: the Trader's Edge track and the Human Edge track. A follow-on program (Quant Edge) is available to graduates and qualified experienced traders as a separate enrolment. The program is educational in nature. It is designed to develop your knowledge, skills, and professional readiness.
We may make reasonable adjustments to the schedule, session content, instructors, or structure where necessary to maintain or improve the quality of the program. Any material changes will be communicated to enrolled participants.
3. Application & enrolment
Places are limited and offered on a selective, rolling basis. Submitting an application does not guarantee a place. A place is confirmed only once we have made an offer and the required payment has been received in line with Section 4.
4. Fees & payment
Program fees vary depending on the path you choose and are discussed during your discovery call. The specific fee for your chosen path will be confirmed in your offer and invoice. Payment is made by invoice.
- Your place is reserved once your deposit is received.
- The remaining balance is due by the date stated on your invoice, and in any event before the cohort start date.
- Places are held in the order payment is received.
5. Refunds & cancellation
We want our terms to be clear and fair to every participant, wherever you are in the world. The following refund policy applies to all participants equally:
The deposit is non-refundable. It reserves your place, removes it from offer to others, and covers the costs we commit to in advance.
The balance is refundable if you request to withdraw at least 14 days before the cohort start date. We will refund the balance portion in full.
Withdrawal requests made less than 14 days before the cohort start date, or after the cohort has started, are non-refundable. Your place and the live program have been committed and cannot be reallocated.
To request a withdrawal or refund, email hello@anavreca.com. Refunds are returned via the original payment method where possible.
Additional rights for some consumers
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days. Where you expressly request that the program (or access to program materials) begins during that 14-day period, and it does, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed, and may be reduced in proportion to the service already provided. This statutory right, where it applies, sits alongside and is not limited by the policy above. Consumers in other regions may have rights under their local law.
6. No placement guarantee
We are an education and training program. We are not a recruitment or placement agency, and we do not guarantee employment, job placement, interviews, or any specific career outcome. The program is designed to make you a stronger, desk-ready candidate, but your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and the job market. Any referrals we choose to make to recruiters or trading desks are entirely at our discretion and are never promised as part of enrolment.
7. Your responsibilities
- Attend and engage with live sessions, which are central to the program's value.
- Provide accurate information during application and enrolment.
- Treat instructors and fellow participants with professionalism and respect.
- Keep all program materials confidential and for your own use only (see Section 8).
We reserve the right to remove a participant, without refund, for seriously disruptive, abusive, or dishonest conduct, or for a material breach of these terms.
8. Intellectual property
All program content — including session materials, recordings, frameworks, documents, and the TTFC name and brand — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Trader's Full Circle™. It is licensed to you solely for your personal use as an enrolled participant. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, forward, record, or use any content outside the program. Unauthorised use may result in removal from the program without refund and further legal action.
9. Confidentiality of the community
The program and its community involve open discussion of trading decisions and personal reflections. What is shared within the cohort and community stays within it. You agree to respect the confidentiality and privacy of other participants.
10. Limitation of liability
The program is provided for educational purposes. Nothing in it constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice, and we are not responsible for any trading or financial decisions you make. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the program is limited to the fees you have paid. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Privacy
We process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy. By enrolling, you acknowledge that you have read it.
12. Governing law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. The courts of Greece shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory consumer protections available to you in your country of residence.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your enrolment governs your participation. The "last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
